1. In the judgment of the court of first instance, the part concerning the council of occupants' representatives shall be revoked;

* The management entity shall select the method of payment favorable to occupants, etc. from among the "comprehensive apartment (low pressure for house) or single contract apartment (high pressure for house)" and enter into a contract with the Korea Electric Power Corporation.

[Attachment 6] [Attachment 6] (hereinafter “the Second Amendment Management Rules”) * Electricity charges except for KBS license fees in the household electricity charges shall be calculated based on the low pressure rates for housing among the supply clauses of the Korea Electric Power Corporation only for multi-family housing for which the management entity collects electricity charges from occupants, etc. and pays them to the Korea Electric Power Corporation. * The management entity shall select the payment methods for each household in favor of occupants, etc. from among the “comprehensive apartment (house pressure) or a single contract apartment (house pressure)” and enter into a contract with the Korea Electric Power Corporation: Provided, That the electricity charges for each household in a single contract shall apply [Attachment 6] (amended by attached Table 6; hereinafter “the First Amendment Management Rules”) (hereinafter “the first Amendment Rules”) * The electricity charges except for the KBS license fees in the household electricity charges shall be collected from occupants, and paid by the management entity to the Korea Electric Power Corporation in the monthly electricity charges to the Korea Electric Power Corporation.
