A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on April 26, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Net Prison on June 23, 2012.

1. 3. The Defendant, on June 21, 2014, committed the crime at around 21:00, obtained an order for alcohol, etc. from the victim as if he/she would pay the price although he/she had no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she had been provided with any cash or other means of payment for the said price due to no means of payment of the said price. The Defendant acquired the price from the victim with an aggregate of KRW 220,00,000, including beer 15 soldiers (120,000) and service charges (60,000,000,000 won).

4. The Defendant committed the crime of July 28, 2014 at the “AG main store” in the operation of the Victim AF in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, AE around July 2014, and the fact is cash or other alcohol value.
