Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 02:00, driven a B rocketing car with approximately 3km alcohol content of 0.094% under the influence of alcohol on the roads near the “Annsan Station” located in the Solsan-si, Ansan-si to the front road of the “sports park” located in the 50-ro of the Sinsan-si, Annsan-si.
