A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on December 8, 2011, the judgment became final and conclusive.

On the same day, the Defendant received the loan of KRW 7,50,000 to E, a person in charge of accounting at the location D points in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

The phrase “a difference is to be treated as an insurance premium to be paid,” and its equipment is the same as in the List of Crimes in Korea, from the above day to July 29, 201, by requiring the above E to settle the above KRW 7.5 million from the tin to the insurance premium to be paid by the Defendant.
