A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Medical Service Act employed a large number of female employees, such as G of the mother country nationality, an illegal resident, who did not obtain the qualification of a man, and reported an advertisement on the Internet website “F, etc., and obtained approximately KRW 13,338,00 by allowing the said female employees to take care of the face and body of male customers at around 296 times, by having the said female employees take care of about 150,00 won per time from the male guests who discovered the advertisement from the Internet site “F.”

In this respect, the defendant did not obtain recognition of qualifications for massages, but got massage for profit.
