1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. At around 10:00 on February 17, 2019, the Defendant: within the CMW Z4 vehicle operated by the Defendant, parked in the GMW Z2; on the mast of the aquatic disease in water, two joints of each hole, sticking the joints of the water, with a string paper containing a smoke for marijuana once on each hole; on the other, the Defendant smokes marijuana by means of a “water tobacco” under the name “water tobacco,” in which the smoke generated therefrom would soon pass through the aquatic disease and the smoke emitted as soon as possible;

B. At around 10:20 on February 20, 2019, the Defendant kept approximately 2.97gg of marijuana in a face of the aviation of the Defendant, who was located in Kimhae-si B apartment D, in a large amount of the dwelling of the Defendant, and carried it in a newspaper.

2. Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., at around 16:00 on February 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (f).

In the Defendant’s residence, approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, was administered in a large range of the Defendant’s residence, by a method of mixing with the mixtures.
