A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized marijuana seeds and marijuana leaves 0.4g (certificate 3) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. At around 19:00 on January 10, 2014, the Defendant purchased and traded marijuana of a fluorous quantity from the fluor’s fluor to 50,000 won from the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s name.

B. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around February 19, 2014, around 19:30, in the vicinity of the Dora apartment in the Doradong-dong Kimhae-si, the Defendant delivered to D the quantities of marijuana purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), which could be smoked once, and received marijuana.

C. On February 23, 2014, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) sold general tobacco in the Defendant’s Esch Rexrothk-si, which was parked in the vicinity of the Kimhae-si Kim Jong-si; (b) collected the amount of tobacco that could be smoked once among the marijuana purchased as described in the foregoing paragraph (a); and (c) smoked marijuana by attaching a fire to it.

2. Around 23:00 on February 26, 2014, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring), administered approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs, in the Defendant’s Esch Rexcal vehicle, parked in front of the sports park located in the grode of the Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and administered approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs, in a beer.
