1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 16, 2008, the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) was completed on September 16, 2008 with respect to the land of 17,717 square meters (hereinafter “land before subdivision”) in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Sinpo-si, which was owned by the Plaintiff, and the ownership transfer registration on November 27, 2008 (hereinafter “instant ownership transfer registration”) was completed.

B. On February 16, 2012, the land before subdivision was divided into the land indicated in the Nam-gu AG Forest and 3,306 square meters and the land indicated in the separate sheet.

On February 23, 2012, the Daegu District Court rendered a provisional disposition of real estate disposal prohibition on the land before subdivision on February 23, 2012. The land before subdivision was already registered on February 24, 2012, and the entry registration was made only on February 24, 2012, on the land before subdivision.

C. On March 8, 2012, the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “one registration”) was made on March 8, 2012 with respect to the land listed in the attached Tables 1 and 2, and the land listed in the attached Tables 3 and 4 on March 2, 2012 (hereinafter “2”).

From July 17, 2012 to October 8, 2012, Defendant B, D, E, F, G, and H (hereinafter “Defendant B, etc.”) filed for registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “1-1 registration”) with respect to the portion stated in paragraph (2) of the claim in attached Table 1 among the land stated in attached Table 1 from July 17, 2012 to October 8, 2012.

Defendant I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, and S (hereinafter “Defendant I”) had a share ownership transfer registration (hereinafter “2-1 registration”) with respect to the share stated in paragraph (3) of the claim in the attached Table 3 between March 13, 2012 and May 10, 2012.

From April 30, 2012 to July 4, 2012, the transfer registration of ownership of shares is made with respect to the share stated in paragraph 4 of the claim among the land listed in the annexed list No. 4.
