A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess, possess, use, manage, export, import, manufacture, trade, assist in the trade of, or give or receive psychotropic drugs JH-018 and its similar objects (hereinafter referred to as “spha”; hereinafter referred to as “spha”), and no person shall trade, trade, assist in the trade of, or smoke marijuana.

1. The act of trade in spha or marijuana;

A. On August 2012, 2012, the Defendant purchased the spices by way of giving approximately 1g of marijuana from G and delivering approximately 2g of the spices in return within G’s car parked on the front road located in the Habcheon-si E, Habcheon-si, and sold marijuana;

(b) sell approximately 12 g of hemp in return for the amount of USD 1,000 in G’s car parked in the H station located in Dongducheon-si at the beginning of October 2012 and around 17:00,000;

C. Around 18:00 on October 24, 2012, G purchased USD 120 and Switzerland approximately 3g of Switzerland within G passenger cars parked near the said H Station.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 17, 2012, from August 17, 2012 to August 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a tobacco pipe at a mutually incompeting club located in Vietnam-si; and (b) smoked in a way of smoking by inserting the pipe into the club with a fluence attached thereto;

(b) Smoking marijuana in the middle of September 2012, after making a pipe of tobacco near I in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in which the pipe of marijuana is made, and in such a way as to contain and smoke it with a fire attached;

C. Around March 15, 2013, at the J club located in the Philippines made tobacco pipe as a day, and smoked in the way of smoking with a smoke added in the club.
