Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B, as the president of the MM association, were the former president from July 2009 to February 2, 2012; Defendant B, as the president of the O association, was the former president from March 2012 to February 2014.

On July 2010, the Defendants agreed to make an overseas trip at the expense of the P Jeon Chang-gun branch office located in Jeollabuk-do in order to purchase feed from each livestock industry cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the "P Jeon-dong branch office") and to maintain and expand the purchase volume in the future from each livestock industry cooperative located in Jeollabuk-do, while holding the aforesaid NJ meetings at a cafeteria near the Han Chang-gun branch office located in the Seocho-do branch office located in Seocho-do.

8. By the time of June, 16, the said money was used for each of the European Travel Expenses for 10 days of 9 gambling days.

As a result, the defendants, the president of the livestock industry cooperative, who is deemed as public officials, have paid 4 million won each of their travel expenses through D as above, under the pretext of maintaining and expanding the amount of feed purchase produced by the P Jeonbuk branch, a feed supplier.

In addition, from that to August 2012, the Defendants received the bribe in relation to their duties by having P Jeonbuk Branch pay the total amount of KRW 9.66 million to the European, Ha, and Japanese travel expenses under the same name three times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
