Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by a fine of ten million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are the co-owners of male customers who have leased one story underground of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul from September 2, 2015 to April 22, 2016, and employed female employees E, etc., and advertised "G" in the name of "F," etc., an advertisement site of Internet sexual traffic business places, and reported it, and they receive money from male customers to engage in sexual traffic in the form of similarity.

On April 22, 2016, the Defendants received 80,000 won in cash from male customers H, who had found the place at the above businesses around 16:54 on April 22, 2016, and caused E to look at the H’s sexual organ by hand.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
