A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years and a short term of one year and six months.

The defendant is a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

1. Intimidation;

A. A. Around March 2013, the Defendant sent the victim the message “I will die if I would die. I will die. I will die. I will die. I will die.” on the ground that the victim D (M, age 19) who was dead at the time at the end of the Daegu or lower end of March 2013, 201, was the Hague, thereby threatening the victim by transmitting the message “I will die. 2013. 9. 25.자 범행 피고인은 2013. 9. 25. 23:00경 대구 서구 F에 있는 피고인의 집에서 피해자가 자신의 말대로 행동하지 않았다는 이유로 스마트폰 카카오톡을 이용하여 피해자에게 “니 조질려고 준비 다 해놨어 오늘”, "그냥 니 죽이면 안돼 죽이고 싶은데“, ”시발년아, 백마넌 달라고. 내일 안으로 줄 수 잇음 “ ”아니 니 인생망해, 오늘 제대로 실수 한 거야 너”, “너 하나 조지면 너희 부모님도 얼굴 못 들고 다니겠지 어떡하냐”라는 문자 메시지를 전송하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
