Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2018, at around 23:30, the Defendant reported 112 at the Defendant’s residence located in Suwon-gu B and 1st, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, the Defendant tried to separate the Defendant’s children and listen to the statements of the situation at the time of the dispatch of the site, and assaulted the Defendant’s shoulder at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
