1. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 14,750,00, and KRW 6,750,000 and each of the said money to Plaintiff B, the Defendant began on February 14, 2017.

1. The plaintiffs' claim grounds

A. On February 22, 2016, Plaintiff A’s assertion that Plaintiff A was made from the Defendant during the period from February 23, 2016 to August 23, 2016, with deposit money of KRW 15,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,00,000, and the period from February 23, 2016 to August 23, 2016.

(2) The Plaintiff and the Defendant terminated the instant sub-lease contract, and the Defendant operated the said entertainment tavern, on the condition that Plaintiff A received monthly pay of KRW 2,00,000,000, and Plaintiff A served as an employee of the said entertainment tavern.

Since the sub-lease contract of this case was terminated by agreement, the defendant returned 15,000,000 won to the plaintiff A, but only 2,250,000 won was repaid (the plaintiff A's creditor) and did not pay the remainder of 12,750,000 won. Meanwhile, the defendant did not pay 2,00,000 won between the month in which he worked at the above entertainment tavern.

Ultimately, the defendant should pay the plaintiff A 14,750,000 won (12,750,000 won) and damages for delay.

B. The Defendant asserted by Plaintiff B, on March 1, 2016, borrowed KRW 5,00,000 from Plaintiff B as of June 9, 2016, and decided to repay KRW 6,500,000 by June 9, 2016.

On the other hand, around April 27, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 2,50,000,000 among the above deposit 15,000,000 to the Plaintiff to the Plaintiff A, and paid only KRW 2,250,00 to the Plaintiff B.

Ultimately, the defendant should pay to the plaintiff B 6,750,000 won (2,50,000 won - 2,250,000 won) and damages for delay.

2. The defendant does not clearly dispute the plaintiffs' assertion of the above claim. Thus, it is deemed that the defendant led to confession of all the plaintiffs' assertion in accordance with the main sentence of Article 150 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act

Therefore, the defendant is about KRW 14,750,00, and KRW 6,750,000 to the plaintiff Eul and each of the above money.
