Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who uses the ID called "C" in the mobile game 'C'.

1. On December 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Utilization, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.: (a) around 06:14, the Defendant sent a sound that arouses fear, such as “E” to the victim F, who uses the ID called “E” in the Defendant’s home located in Jeju City, using a mobile game called “E” using a mobile phone at the Defendant’s home; (b) however, the Defendant was found to have a defect in diplomatic affairs along with the Japanese street, but the fact that the Defendant did not do so was found to have been changed to the victim’s phone number by leaving the phone, thereby leading the victim to an uneasiness.

From around that time to December 6, 2015, from around 00:5 to around 00:5, the Defendant repeatedly reached the other party with a sound that arouses fear or apprehension by using the same method as indicated in attached Table 1 to 13 times in total.

Around 07:00 on December 5, 2015, the Defendant insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim by referring to the victim F in the way that he/she had connected the game to the mobile game called “C” using a mobile phone at the Defendant’s home located in Jeju Island to the “C” by using a mobile phone at the Defendant’s home, and referring to the “C” to the “C”, and referring to the “F” of the victim F in the way that he/she left the Round and the game users such as pigs.”
