1. The Defendant delivers to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and from September 6, 2018, the above building shall be transferred to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On April 6, 2018, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a lease agreement between KRW 5,000,000 per lease deposit and KRW 600,00 per month of rent, and the period from April 6, 2018 to April 5, 2020 on the buildings listed in the separate sheet.
The Defendant paid KRW 1,00,000 among the above lease deposit, and did not pay KRW 2,400,000 in total from May 6, 2018 to September 5, 2018.
On July 17, 2018, the Plaintiff expressed to the Defendant the intent to terminate the above lease agreement.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff and pay 1,400,000 won remaining after deducting 1,00,000 won for lease deposit from the unpaid rent 2,40,000 won and 600,000 won per month from September 6, 2018 to the completion date of delivery of the building.
