1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
(b) from January 1, 2018 to the delivery date of the building.
Reasons
In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the facts of the reasons for the claim are acknowledged.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to deliver the attached building to the plaintiff and pay the plaintiff the rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent, calculated at the rate of KRW 600,000 per month from January 1, 2018 to the delivery date of the building.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
