except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 22:50 on January 26, 2015, while drinking alcohol in front of the D Hospital emergency room in the East Sea, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report that “the guardian of the patient who was at the hospital,” was called to the scene, and tried to use the victim E zone belonging to the East Sea Police Station E zone in the East Sea Police Station E zone, and the victim slope G with the victim slope, “I am superior to the victim, am sweet.
