A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2019, the Defendant, on May 10, 2019, moved to the 12th floor emergency stairs using the elevator, when he gets out of the 4th floor emergency stairs of the Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Htel and was going out of the 4th floor emergency stairs for self-defense.

The Defendant laid down the 12th floor emergency stairs from the above 12th floor to the buckbucks and panty to the bucks, and made an obscene act openly by doing self-defense.
