1. Defendants B and C shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,580,000 and the interest rate thereon from January 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the monetary claim against Defendant B and C
A. In full view of the facts without dispute over recognition, Gap evidence 1-1-8, Eul evidence 2-1-3, Eul evidence 4, and Eul evidence 5, the following facts can be acknowledged in light of the whole purport of the pleadings.
1) Defendant B and C, a couple of the Defendant B, borrowed money from the Plaintiff for the maintenance and management, etc. of subparagraph 1 of the second floor E in Gyeyang-si owned by the Defendant B.
