1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 76,80,000 and 2% per month from March 19, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. From May 2005 to July 2006, the Plaintiff lent KRW 76,800,000 to the Defendant (hereinafter “the instant loan”). On March 18, 2008, the Defendant drafted a loan certificate with the maturity of payment of KRW 76,80,000 on March 19, 2008 and the interest rate of KRW 2% on March 19, 2008.

B. On March 2, 2005, the Plaintiff lent KRW 426,400,00 to the Defendant, and paid KRW 426,400 as a substitute for C and D’s life insurance fee. The Defendant paid interest by paying the above life insurance fee for two years thereafter.
