A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and victims of “2017 High Class 370” are both employees in C, and from around 2013, they are active in the out-of-house club and have been aware of each other. The Defendant, including the ordinary victims, operates D Co., Ltd., a company that exports steel products with the annual sales of KRW 100 billion after retirement as its executive officers, and they will receive and operate management rights of his/her father.

1. On July 27, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong cafeteria, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of investing the amount of KRW 80,000,000 in the fund at the victim E’s cafeteria.

In order to collect 80,000,000 won from a company that has been established by his father, it will be repaid within one month from the lending of money.

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, in fact, the father of the defendant did not run the company as above, and the defendant did not have any special property at the time, and the defendant paid his personal debt amounting to KRW 300 million by the method of return, and thus there was no intention or ability to pay the debt even if he borrowed money from the victim.

Ultimately, on July 31, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 27,750,000 from the Defendant’s bank account (F) with the Defendant’s name on July 31, 2015, and received KRW 81,023,283 in total on five occasions, such as the previous list of crimes (1).

2. On November 10, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim G calls to the victim G at an unsound place, and “comphering bank security cards at home to pay light survey costs.”
