1. On September 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gun D, posted a false statement that the victim E purchased a mobile phone (beat3) on the Internet NAVER website, and concluded that the victim would first deposit KRW 80,000 out of KRW 180,000, which is the cost of the mobile phone device, with the payment of KRW 180,000, which is the cost of the mobile phone.
