A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2014, the Defendant: (a) obtained a driver’s license for a motor vehicle lost by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) but (c) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (d) did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On April 19, 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven G trucks at a section of about 100 meters from the front of the E cafeteria located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the F apartment under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.140% among the blood transfusion around 20:40 on April 19, 201.

3. On April 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven a G truck in the section of about 20km from the F apartment in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, to the F apartment again via the I architectural office in Ulsan-gu, and the Seocho-gu, and the G truck was driven in the section of about 20km to the F apartment again.

5. The Defendant, who forged the signature of the company and signed the above investigation, was subject to the measurement of drinking by voluntarily accompanying the JJJ forces in Ulsan-gu L, Ulsan-gu.

The Defendant’s signature of the “Voluntary Accompanying Consent” means the signature of the “Inquiry”, the signature of the “Report on the State Driving Statement”, the signature of the “Report on Blood Collection Statement”, and the signature of D’s name in the “Report on Blood Collection Consent”, and the “N” in the indictment appears to be a clerical error in the “K”.
