A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00, at the Defendant’s home located in Gumi-si, U.S.A.D., received KRW 200,000 from E (one name, “F”, or “G”) of the Republic of Korea’s nationality; and (b) purchased and sold the psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, Mepta (one philopon) volume.

B. At around 02:00 on November 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 250,000 from the above E; and (b) purchased and sold psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clocks (i.e., one philopon) to that person.

C. On January 8, 2015, the Defendant paid 200,000 won to the male of the Republic of Korea of the Philippines, who is named “I”, and purchased and sold the psychotropic drugs by receiving the small amount of Mepta (hereinafter “one philopon”).

At around 18:00 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant paid 300,000 won to a male with the nationality of the Republic of Korea on the part of the said “I” on the part of the said “I,” and purchased and sold the psychotropic drugs by receiving the cattle of the Metepha (one philopon).

E. On April 6, 2015, at around 08:00, the Defendant stored and kept psychotropic drugs-related Meptiles (hereinafter “diphones”) 0.1072g in the inner cremation box, and possessed them.

2. At around 10:00 on April 4, 2015, the Defendants conspired that all of the co-offenders of the Defendants are not a person handling narcotics, and each of the Defendants administered psychotropic drugs once in the manner of treating psychotropic drugs in the form of “V” in the form of “V” at the house of the Defendant A located in Guro-si, Guro-si, a psychotropic drug.
