Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the Defendant is a person who operates a lodging business corresponding to public hygiene business without trade name in B.

Any person who intends to conduct public sanitary business shall be equipped with facilities and equipment prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each type of public sanitary business and shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report to the competent authorities, and did not file a lodging business with the facilities and equipment such as guest rooms, shower rooms, bed, bedclothess, bed, air-conditionings, TVs, air-conditionings, air-conditionings, air-conditionings, and kitchen utensils, etc., which are equipped with the facilities and equipment of which their names cannot be known from March 18, 202 to July 29, 2020, and which are 4,104,744 won in total by receiving 90,00 to 200,000 won and providing them with the facilities and equipment such as guest rooms.
