Punishment of the crime

In Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the Defendant is a person operating a lodging business that constitutes public hygiene business under the trade name of “C” in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

Any person who intends to conduct public sanitary business shall be equipped with facilities and equipment prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each type of public sanitary business and shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, provided facilities and equipment such as guest rooms, shower rooms, bed, bedclothess, bed, bed, bed, cryp, TV, air conditioners, and cooking utensils, etc., and provided them with accommodation charges of 270,00 won from two persons, including D, etc. on July 6, 2020, and provided them with facilities and equipment such as guest rooms, etc. in the same manner from September 2019 to July 10, 2020.
