1. Despite the fact of disguised marriage B and C, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and a person without a name (one person D), did not intend to marry, and the Defendant would compel B to make a disguised marriage and travel Vietnam.
The purpose of this paper is as follows: B prepared to issue a passport by affixing a photograph of the passport, accompanied with B, and B as a witness, and B and B as a public official in charge of the registration of family relations in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office located in Daejeon Metropolitan Government on October 27, 2008, and prepared a marriage report with a false statement to which B and C are the parties to marriage, and submitted it to the public official in charge of the registration of family relations in the official electronic records, and had him/her enter the false statement into the electronic records of family relations in the official electronic records, and had him/her keep the family register and exercise it.
2. F’s disguised marriage does not have a genuine intent to marry F and G. However, the Defendant, in collusion with F, G, or a person without a name (one-time D), conspired with F, G, or a person with a false name, and the Defendant would have F make a disguised marriage travel with F and Vietnam.
Along with F, F prepared to issue a passport, such as marking a passport, accompanied by F, and F prepared to enter F in the passport, and attached with F, and around November 13, 2008, F made a marriage report as a witness of H and I, and F made a marriage report with F and G as a party to the marriage, and submitted it to the public official in charge of registration of family relations in the Supreme Court's family register information system, which is an official electronic records, and thereafter made F enter the F marriage in the electronic records. Around that time, F made a false report with respect to the public official, thereby making the public official enter false facts in the electronic records, and exercising the electronic records recorded as false.
