1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won;

2. 50,000 won where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was introduced with the intent to make a disguised marriage under the condition that he received three million won or more at the time of a false marriage, after hearing the Defendant’s speech that there is a ship that solicits a disguised marriage from her friend B.

D, a woman of Vietnam's nationality, had the intention to make a false marriage with Korean men by giving false money to enter Vietnam for the purpose of Korean employment in a disguised marriage hub F connected to a disguised marriage hub E.

around June 2012, the Defendant, along with the above C and E, prepared health examinations, seals, seal imprint certificates, resident registration certificates, certified copies of resident registration, criminal career data, etc. necessary for international marriage, and prepared the same year.

6. 14. Staying in the Republic of Korea for four (4) days as if he/she entered Vietnam and works for international marriage, and staying in the same year.

7. 9. The departure from the Republic of Korea at around 19. The process necessary for marriage, such as taking pictures of marriage, was carried out, by leaving D.

D Around that time, documents such as a written confirmation of marriage status, a written self-certification, a birth certificate, a national certificate, etc. were sent to E.

On June 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a marriage report and documents such as a written confirmation of marriage status prepared by the Defendant and D as if they were married normally; (b) submitted it to the public official in charge of registration of family relations in the above Gu’s public service center; and (c) had the said public official, who was unaware of such fact, recorded the Defendant and D to the Family Information Processing System in electronic records, in which the Defendant and D were actually married.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with D to make a false report to the public official to enter false facts in the public electronic records-based family relationship electronic data processing system, and had him keep it in the place around that time.
