1. A distribution schedule prepared by the said court on December 22, 2017 with respect to the Jeju District Court DE (Consolidated) compulsory auction of real estate.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 1, 2014 in the name of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) on the land listed in paragraph (1) of the Attached List No. 1 on the register of rights and obligations on the auction real estate (1) on July 11, 2014, and on the building listed in paragraph (2) of the Attached List No. 2, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the future of F on June 5, 2015.

(2) On July 15, 2016, the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) was completed on July 15, 2016 in the name of the Defendant on the ground of the pre-sale agreement as of July 13, 2016, with regard to the instant real estate, under the general name of the said land and building.

B. The Plaintiffs’ credit relationship with F (1) Plaintiff A filed a lawsuit against F for a loan claim.

(F) On November 23, 2017, the lower court rendered a judgment that “F shall pay to Plaintiff A 652,989,040 won with 3% per annum from May 31, 2017 to August 31, 2017, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.” The foregoing judgment became final and conclusive as it is.

(2) The Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) filed a lawsuit against F against the claim for construction price.

(No. 2017Gahap694) On November 23, 2017, the above court rendered a judgment that “F shall pay to Plaintiff B 875 million won and interest rate of 15% per annum from September 8, 2017 to the date of full payment,” and the above judgment became final and conclusive.

C. (1) Progress the auction procedure (1) as to the instant real estate, the decision to commence compulsory auction ( Jeju District Court D) was made on April 6, 2017, and the decision to commence voluntary auction ( Jeju District Court E) on April 19, 2017, and each of the above auction procedures was jointly conducted.

(2) In the auction procedure of this case, the Plaintiff A, at the auction procedure of this case, has a total of KRW 685,438,354 = principal amount of the loan to F = 652,989,040.
