1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased E (hereinafter “the deceased”) who was the owner of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) was killed on February 13, 201 in the course of dementia and aging by Alz’s disease.

On the other hand, at the time of the deceased’s death, the deceased’s wife F and children, and D were deceased on April 18, 2012.

B. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 11 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”), Jeju District Court (No. 5166, Aug. 23, 2010) completed the ownership transfer registration (hereinafter “instant ownership transfer registration”) with respect to the gift of the person on the 20th day of the same month, which was based on the ground for registration, as the Jeju District Court’s receipt of August 23,

On the other hand, with respect to each land of this case, G completed the registration of change of the right to collateral security, which changed the maximum debt amount to KRW 650,000,000 from August 23, 2010 to the Jeju District Court No. 51667, which was received on August 23, 2010, and the debtor G’s establishment registration was completed on October 25, 201, which changed the maximum debt amount to KRW 700,00,000.

C. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 12 (hereinafter “instant building”), the auxiliary intervenor’s transfer registration for ownership was completed on October 13, 2011 by the Jeju District Court No. 66119, Oct. 29, 201, the maximum debt amount of KRW 700,000,000 as the ground for additional contract on the same day, and the debtor G-based establishment registration for the establishment of a mortgage (hereinafter “the establishment registration of a mortgage of this case”). Moreover, the ownership transfer registration was completed on October 11, 201, by inheritance as of February 13, 2011.

G With respect to each of the instant lands, the Jeju District Court received on January 20, 201, No. 5102, the amount of maximum debt amount of KRW 500,000,000, and the amount of KRW 500,000 with respect to each of the instant lands and completed the registration of the establishment of a mortgage on the affixed seal of the debtor Sweter
