A From May 29, 2016 to August 2, 2016, Gangnam-gu Officetel 527, 703, 924, 1019, and 1102 in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and employed a commercial sex trade female employee F, G, H, I, and J, and advertised the Internet sexual sex trade business advertising site (K, L, “O”, “M,” etc. with the trade name of “N,” “O,” and “P,” and had an employee of a sexual sex trade business start to work as the head of the office employed by Defendant A from June 2016 to August 2, 2016, and had the employee of a commercial sex trade business start to work as the head of the office in which he/she had been working for the Defendant from July 1, 2016 to August 20, 2016, and had the employee of a sexual sex trade business start to work as an employee of the said business.

Accordingly, from June 2016 to August 2, 2016, Defendant B conspired with and arranged sexual traffic for business purposes from July 15, 2016 to July 2, 2016, Defendant A was indicted from the day following the day of the same summary order having res judicata effect.
