A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2014, the Defendant is a person who produces and sells wood packaging materials for export with the trade name of (StateB) the Defendant made a rubber operator with a disinfection treatment mark indicating “D” in the same shape as the disinfection treatment mark that the Defendant reported to the Agricultural and Livestock Quarantine Service, at the printing office located in the Jinhae-si Changwonwon-si, Jinwon-si, Jinwon-si, Jinwon (State)C, who reported the use to the Agricultural and Livestock Quarantine Service.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged a disinfection treatment mark (state), which was reported to be used by another person.

2. Around December 2, 2014, the Defendant posted a forged disinfection treatment mark on about 30 pages of the wood packaging materials for export at the Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, and supplied it to the said State (hereinafter

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged symbol of another person.
