1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The purport of the plaintiff's assertion was that the plaintiff suffered loss due to the defendant (C hospital's doctor)'s breach of duty of care in medical practice, and thus the defendant is liable to compensate for such loss (property loss and consolation money).
2. Determination
A. A. Around July 12, 2014, the Plaintiff was faced with the right hand in the laundry season by taking a son out of her bath at the house.
