When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the B Association, and a member of D who was born out of the second C Association president election on March 13, 2019.

No one shall conduct an election campaign, except in cases where a candidate conducts an election campaign from February 28, 2019 to March 12, 2019, which is from February 28, 2019, the day following the deadline for the registration of candidates.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign even though he is not a candidate.
