A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the year and June of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month.
