A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated the title “written waiver of the right to move in” using a verification-type pen in the form A4 form from the Defendant’s residence of Busan East-dong C Apartment-gu 106, 1402, the Defendant drafted one “written waiver of the right to move in” under the name of “E,” stating that “I shall delegate the right to move in from LH Corporation to G at the time of redevelopment and shall cooperate in all the circumstances until the time of transfer of the name”; and (b) written “I” written “I” under the name of E, “I” and written one “I” from around that time to October 11, 2016, and written up 73 copies of each written waiver of the right to move in under the name of others, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged 73 copies of a total of 73 copies of the rejection of the right to move in under the name of another person, such as the above E, etc.
2. On the same day, the Defendant issued 73 copies of written waiver of occupancy rights in the name of another person, such as the foregoing E, to the victim G (hereinafter referred to as 45 years, women) who was aware of the forgery that the Defendant had been found as a customer at the I Authorized brokerage office located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan, which was practically operated by the Defendant, as seen above, and exercised the said written waiver of occupancy rights, from around that time to October 11, 2016, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
3. On the same day, the fraud Defendant made a false statement to the victim G with the purport that “If the Defendant purchases in advance LH apartment association land located in Socdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si
However, the defendant has the right to sell the original residents.
