A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on April 8, 2017.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On December 15, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by force, including: (a) at the main point of “E” operated by the victim D, which is located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) at the main point of “E”; (c) at the three-day preceding day prior to the fact that he interfered with the victim’s business; and (d) arrested the victim as an flagrant offender and was investigated by the police by committing an act of assaulting the victim; and (c) making the victim and the customer feel a large voice; and (d) preventing the customer from entering the main point of the victim’s shop.

B. On December 19, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main shop business by force, such as avoiding disturbance, and prohibiting customers from entering the said main shop at around 30 minutes, even if the Defendant received a demand from the injured person to leave the said main shop, and demanding the injured person to take a bath in a large voice, etc., and preventing them from entering the said main shop.

On December 21, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main shop business by force, such as avoiding disturbance, such as taking the victim and customers with a large voice, prohibiting them from entering the entrance of the said main entrance, and raising time expenses, at around 30 minutes of the victim’s main shop business.

On March 16, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main store business for about one hour by force, such as: (a) the victim’s hump with a large sound; (b) the customer hump hump; (c) the customer hump hump; (d) the customer hump; and (e) the customer hump; and (e) the customer hump, the customer hump

2. The defendant who has interfered with the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the duties thereof shall interfere with the duties set forth in paragraph (1).
