Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2016, around 14:45, the Defendant was demanded to present a driver's license from E in the circumstances surrounding the police station in the East Sea, while driving a car at a distance of four meters from the efficacy in the East Sea.

The Defendant denied official document by presenting Class 1 driver's license under the name of the F F issued by the Daejeon District Police Agency, which was held by pro-friendly F, as if he was his driver's license.
