Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2013, at around 23:14, the Defendant driven a B car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.153% and continued approximately 200 meters from the Defendant’s residence of Gwangju Dong-gu C to the front of the Southerndo funeral hall.
