The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds of appeal on the grounds of unfair sentencing. 2. The judgment of the court of this case contains several victims, the victims' body parts are taken by each image, and there are no changes in circumstances that may be additionally considered in the trial, and the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive for the crime of this case, means and result of the crime of this case, circumstances after the crime of this case, and risk of recidivism, it is difficult to view that the first instance court's fine imposed on the defendant is too unreasonable, and therefore, the defendant's above assertion disputing this point is not acceptable.

3. Accordingly, we cannot accept the Defendant’s appeal under Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
