Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2015, at around 08:50, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a c1 ton cargo vehicle at a section of approximately 4 km from the road before the central police box located in the same spons in the field of the Defendant’s dry field located in Yongcheon-si B.
