A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2013, at around 07:25, the Defendant: (a) cut off, using any cresh in the rest room in the cafeteria of the first floor underground of the Da Hospital C Hospital located in Sungnam-si A; (b) the Defendant cut off, within the bank owned by the victim D, one set of 1,600,000 won in the market price owned by the victim; (c) one set of 15,000 won in cash; and (d) one set of 15,000 won in the market price owned by the victim E-credit card owned by the victim, one debit card, one cash, 13,000 won in cash, and one set of 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (d) the Defendant set up the 40th half in the cash box owned by the victim.
