A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on May 2, 2017, on the part of Jeju-si, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at a restaurant C cafeteria B, and without any reason, committed assault by having the victim go beyond the floor by putting the head of the Victim D (10) who was playing at the cafeteria B.

2. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties by assaulting a police officer’s order maintenance and crime control by assaulting a person who was requested to produce identification cards from F to verify his/her personal information on the face of the E police station located in the Dong-dong Police Station E-gu, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 at a place specified in paragraph (1) on May 2, 2017.

No person of "2017 Highest 2149" shall interfere with emergency rescue treatment or medical treatment of an emergency patient by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means.

Nevertheless, from around 03:30 on June 3, 2017 to 03:45 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) performed an emergency treatment and treatment in the H-ray and treatment room in the H-H emergency room located in G on the Jeju-si; (b) provided a bath to a doctor I (48 years old) and a nurse J (24 years old), without any justifiable reason, for the following reasons: (c) embling of spits, etc., and obstructed the emergency treatment and treatment of the said I and J as a person who is engaged in an emergency medical service by force of about 15 minutes on the grounds of booming spits, etc.
