1. The Defendant’s KRW 301,728,00 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from August 13, 2011 to December 12, 2013;

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a party 1) The Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”).

(2) On December 31, 2003, the head of Gangnam-gu Office approved the establishment of an association promotion committee by the head of Gangnam-gu Office for the purpose of establishing a housing reconstruction and improvement project association with a site A located on the ground of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B as an area scheduled to implement the project.

B. 1) The Defendant, upon expiration of the term of office of the Defendant’s chairperson and auditor, held a meeting to select a general meeting agency to proceed with the general meeting for the appointment of auditors, and the Plaintiff was selected as a general meeting agency on February 24, 2011 following a tendering procedure. 2) On April 28, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the services of KRW 321,728,000 for the appointment of the chairman, auditor, and auditor (hereinafter “instant contract”).

The Agreement of this case

1. Name of the project: A apartment reconstruction project;

(2) Support for the affairs of the election commission for the planning and legal review of agenda items presented to the residents' general meeting. (5) Management and operation of public relations personnel for the residents' general meeting. (6) Other affairs requested by the resident general meeting-related promotion committee. (1) The service price shall be 292,480,000 won.

2. The plaintiff shall bear the additional costs other than the service costs fixed in paragraph (1) above.

③ The service payment that the Defendant pays to the Plaintiff shall be claimed by the Plaintiff at the time of application for approval of the promotion committee.
