Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

At around 15:30 on March 20, 2013, the Defendant driven an above cargo vehicle and made the left turn to the left according to the new mix 30 km away from the front side of the death of the Sigwon.
