1. Defendant A is an executory exemplification of the payment order in the payment order, which is executed by the High Government District Court of Korea with D.

On May 13, 2011, Defendant D, based on D’s order of provisional disposition 201Kadan45810 on May 30, 2011, Defendant D’s Seoul Central District Court on May 13, 2011, the execution of provisional disposition (hereinafter “instant provisional disposition execution”) was carried out on the machinery in a factory operated by D, and the execution officer affiliated with the Jinho District Court’s High Court’s High Court’s High Court’s provisional disposition (Evidence evidence 5-2) was written on the provisional disposition of corporeal movables in relation to the execution of the said provisional disposition, the model name of the corporeal movables that Defendant D’s High Court’s High Court’s High Court’s High Court’s High Court’s corporeal Capital Co., Ltd. produced by Sthalian (Sthal) was written on the provisional disposition execution of 1 Don 78 (RD

Defendant C also issued a provisional disposition with respect to the instant machinery and model name “RD 78.T”, serial number 75964/96-238102, based on the order of provisional disposition on May 17, 2011, 201, which was 201Kadan2640 on the date of the same day, as to the instant machinery and model name “RD 78.T”, and 75964/96-238102.

x) In the process of compulsory execution based on the executory exemplification of the payment order issued by the Seoul Central District Court 2012j16630 against D, the attachment report of corporeal movables (Evidence A No. 2-2) prepared by the senior branch officer of the High Court of the District Court on May 13, 2013 by the senior branch officer of the High Court of the District Court (No. 2-2) stated that the instant machinery has already been provisionally stored.
