Defendant
A, Defendant B, and D are in the post distribution relationship of the same Dong Dongdong, and the Defendants and D conspired with each other to sell and sell cars by advertising cars through the Internet site “F” (hereinafter “F”) in which they leased Pyeongtaek-si E and five-story offices and install computers at the same place.
1. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, including the motor vehicle transaction business, in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, is registered with the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu. However, the Defendants and D purchased a vehicle for riding at Pyeongtaek-si and the fifth floor office on October 2016, through an Internet site “F” in the Internet site. 2. In the event that the transferee of a motor vehicle, who was in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, intends to re-transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle to a third party, the Defendants and D, despite having to transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle in their own name before the transfer to a third party, did not transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle after he/she acquired the vehicle for Gtoscar in October 2016 from his/her name in the Internet website through “F” and did not transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle to a third party on November 1, 2016, and instead did not transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle to a third party at the same time on the street of a factory in the same place located in Osan City around 17:00 on November 1, 2016.
