A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Automobile Management Act at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on October 24, 2015.

1. The Defendant jointly committed the crimes with B and C (Violation of the Automobile Management Act) is in the post line relationship with the DongN, such as B and C, and the Defendant and B and C set up a computer at the seat of the Gyeonggi-si D and five-story office and set up the Internet site, and run the car sales advertisement through E (E) an Internet site, an Internet site. The Defendant provided the car sales business. The Defendant sought a person who intends to sell a large-sized vehicle or who intends to purchase a large-sized vehicle, or who intends to purchase a large-sized vehicle, and B and C conspired to publish the advertisement and to manage the vehicle in the above “E”.

A. Although a person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, including the motor vehicle transaction business violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act, is registered with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, the Defendant and B, and C purchased Ftoscar motor vehicle from his/her name in the Gyeonggi-si D or the office of the fifth floor on October 2016 through the Internet site “E” in the Internet site. On November 1, 2016, around 17:00 on the H factory in the Gu of Osan-si, the above Hoscar motor vehicle was sold at KRW 2.3 million from Oct. 14, 2016 to Oct. 10, 2016, 30,000 won in total, and 6.3 million from Oct. 14, 2016 to Oct. 1, 2016, 300,000 won in total, and 300,000 won in total, and 300,000 won in the H-si factory.

B. Where a transferee of a motor vehicle in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act intends to re-transfer the motor vehicle to a third party, the ownership of the motor vehicle under his/her own name before transferring it.
