A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 15, 2019, around 17:00 on April 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim C (her spouse) (her spouse) in the Hahbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) on the day immediately preceding the 63 years old; and (c) asked the victim C with oral knife located at the entrance while speaking, the victim’s knife, knife knife knife knife knife knifs in the treatment days to the victim.

On April 23, 2019, around 02:40 on April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the “D” office located adjacent to the above residence, the victim took a question of having telephone conversations at the late night time; (b) “I do not have her husband, or how I do you have telephone until this hour”; (c) at the end, I would like to see the victim’sme and face; (d) the head of the victim’s head was fright at the ward at around 03:00 on the same day, I would like to see the same problem in the above residence; and (e) the victim’s body, which was shakingd with the victim’s body, went beyond 22 days after taking care of the victim.”
